29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. a) At 1366 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay, FL 32907, back-left side of site. On or about July 19, 2022 and time prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11- feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees.
