29 CFR 1904.7(b)(4):The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. At 2600 N Normandy Blvd, Deltona, FL 32725: On or about 7/18/2022, the employer failed to enter the correct number of days of work restriction for the following work-related injury on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2022: (a) On or about 7/3/2022, an employee was lifting boxes and strained their left wrist. The injury was recorded on OSHA's Form 300 with 53 job transfer or restricted workdays even though there were at least 84 workdays of work restriction.
