Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) Jara Construction Inc., at the jobsite located at 2728 Cranbrooke Ln., Lot 2726, Delaware, Ohio 43015: On and/or preceding July 19, 2022, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was utilized by employee engaged in framing activities to a single-family residential house, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards greater than 24 feet.
