29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Floor aisles and passageways were not kept clear creating trip hazards in the workplace. a) 72 Michigan Avenue Paterson, NJ - Dip Tank Area: The employer did not ensure the floor aisles and passageways around dip tanks were kept clear from slip, trip and fall hazards on or about July 19, 2022. TRB-Andarn Electro Services Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1484092, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 72 Michigan Avenue Paterson, NJ 07543.
