29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (a) Thoutt Bros. Concrete Contractors Inc. at 5460 Tennyson St. in Denver, CO: On or about July 18, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards when the employer did not evaluate employee exposure to metal fumes when workers were engaged in welding on mild and galvanized steel in the fabrication shop.
