29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. a) Module 305 - On or about July 13, 2022, water was observed accumulated on the floor near the stairs from a leak of the roof needing repair, exposing employees to slipping hazards. b) Module 302 - On or about July 13, 2022, water was observed accumulated on the floor near the utilidor entrance, exposing employees to slipping hazards.
