OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards: On or about June 27, 2022, at the Sky Harbour Airport, Hangar #3, located at 14201 NW 42nd Avenue, Opa-Locka, Florida, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards when performing work under a hangar door being placed and suspended by a crane prior to ensuring all required welds were completed to prevent accidental displacement.
