29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): Ladders are used only for the purposes for which they were designed; a.) On or about June 29, 2022, employees conducting inventory approximately 9' from ground in the upholstery department used a ladder that was not designed to include a storage bin for parts that was installed in house to the outside of the base frame of the ladder.
