29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6):The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: At the jobsite located at 3801 S Oliver St. in Wichita Kansas in the Transportation Department, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that CAT forklift #32002033 was not equipped with legible fork control lever indicators. The Spirit Aerosystems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278109, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-31-2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3801 S Oliver St. in Wichita Kansas.
