29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip point, rotating parts and/or flying chips or sparks: a. On or about July 07, 2022, 5055 South Royal Atlanta Drive, Tucker, GA (Line #I Conveyor Switching Station) - Employees were exposed to caught in-between hazard. The side panel of the plexi-glass which serves as the machine guarding to the moving parts of the conveyor pinch point area (slide plate and transfer roller) had an opening where the plexi-glass panel met the side of the conveyor.
