29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): the employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Ranger Energy Services, LLC, Wilson Creek Unit 69, Rig #5545 2500 County Road 9 Meeker, CO 81641: On June 29, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the rig floor of Ranger Energy Services Rig #5545 was kept in a clean and sanitary condition when, during a stripping job, it did not take adequate measures to minimize the wellbore fluids being dispersed on the walking-working surfaces of the rig floor.
