29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): Annual electronic submission of part 1904 records by establishments with 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees in designated industries. The establishment had more than 20 employees but fewer than 250 employees at some time during the previous calendar year, and this part required the establishment to keep records. The employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form: On or about June 5, 2022, the employer, St. Patrick's Residence Nursing and Rehabilitation , did not submit their Annual electronic 2021 OSHA 300 Log Form of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by March 2, 2022. The establishment has more than 20 employees but fewer than 250 employees with employees in high risk industries. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
