29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space is not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: The employer does not protect employees from slip/trip, fire, and/or electrical hazards created by obstructing access and the working space about electrical panels while operating the store. a) This most recently occurred on June 30, 2022, during store operating hours in the back receiving room of Dollar General Store No. 5871, located at 1827 17th Avenue, Bloomer, WI 54724; the employer did not ensure employees were protected from potential injuries from slip/trip, fire, and/or electrical hazards when obstructing the access and working space about electrical panels with items such as, but not limited to, empty and filled boxes, filled laundry detergent containers, a wooden ramp, an a-frame step ladder, wall d�cor, filled trash cans, a broom, and a milk crate. Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a willful- serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or substantial similar standard 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566292, citation number 1, item number 3, group letter b, and was affirmed as final order on June 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 880 Spruce Street, Baldwin, WI 54002. Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a repeat - serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or substantial similar standard 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1507692, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as final order on June 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 312 South Highway 27/441, Lady Lake, FL 32159.
