29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about May 25, 2022, the employer did not report a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization of an employee when the employee was admitted to the hospital for treatment for broken vertebra and laceration of the liver. Walmart Supercenter was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336638, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as final order on September 4, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3100 Hough Road, Florence, Alabama 35630.
