OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: On or about June 22, 2022 at a job site located at 7432 Hills and Dales Rd NW, Massillon, Ohio 44646; employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet while using the load area surface of an Equipter RB4000, as a means of access to install roofing material on a Mansard roof.
