29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a. In the service shop, throughout the RV maintenance area: On or about June 22, 2022, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards in that the walkways and aisles were obstructed by tools, over-flowing shelves, cords and other objects where employees were walking and working. b.
