29 CFR 1926.754(e)(5)(i): Except as provided in 1926.760(c), metal decking was not laid tightly and immediately secured upon placement to prevent accidental movement or displacement: a) On or about 6/14/2022 at a construction site located at 8103 Oak Orchard Road, Batavia, New York; employees were placing decking on the 3rd level when an employee kicked a piece of loose decking. The decking slid on the iron floor joists and the employee fell between two pieces of decking 24 feet to the first level. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
