29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(i): When working near exposed energized conductors or circuit parts, each employee did not use insulated tools or handling equipment that might have made contact with such conductors or parts. On or about June 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure all tools were insulated, an uninsulated socket extension on an impact gun tool was used near energized parts. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
