Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which was free from a recognized tip over hazard that was causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: (a) On or about June 9, 2022, employees were not protected from a struck-by hazard in that a broken garage door in bay 6 was being held open with a pair of vise grips.
