29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by a standard guardrail system. On or about 6/03/2022, at the Restaurant Depot Distribution Center facility located in Houston Texas, the employer failed to provide a complete guardrail system on a walking-working surface at Northeast corner of evaporative condensers of Plant #1 exposing employees to fall hazards.
