Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.119(d)(1):Process safety information pertaining to the hazards of the highly hazardous chemicals in the process did not consist of the at least the information detailed in 119(d)(1)(i)-(vii): a. Aerosol Storage Cage - On or about June 3, 2022, the employer had not collected and developed the process safety information required within 1910.119(d)(1)(i) - (d)(3)(iii), for the storage of aerosol flammables in excess of 10,000 lbs. The failure to develop and compile written accurate PSI effects the overall quality of any PSM program, serves as the foundation for the PHA, training, and operating procedures which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
