29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(9): The area around the top and/or bottom of (a) ladder(s) was not kept clear: The employer failed to protect employees from slips, trips, and falls at the base of the ladders when conducting residential construction operations. This was most recently documented on or about May 23, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 4513 S 215 Ave, Elkhorn Nebraska. The employer did not ensure that debris was not collecting on around the base of the ladders being utilized at the jobsite.
