29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: a- 13 Foundry Boulevard, Mount Holly NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose posts/legs were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. Condition observed on or about 05/23/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
