29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again. When the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: (a) 188 W Forest Ave, Englewood, NJ - Garage: Employees are exposed to Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces daily, while repairing automotive vehicles and parts. The employer did not ensure hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again on or about May 19, 2022.
