29 CFR 1910.176(c): Housekeeping. Storage areas shall be kept free from accumulation of materials that constitute hazards from tripping, fire, explosion, or pest harborage: a) In the storage/receiving room, located at 250 Pooler Parkway, Pooler, GA 31322, on or about May 16, 2022, the employer exposed employees to slip/trip/fall hazards, in that the employer allowed broken down cardboard boxes and rubbish to accumulate where employees worked, due to the compactor being out of service.
