29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, and whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: Maplewood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located at 125 West School House Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19144: (a) Employees required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to use and whenever a different respirator facepiece was used. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators such as, but not limited to Moldex 1513 and 3M 8210 respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents and while providing care to other residents who had infectious illnesses.
