29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Exterior - Marshall St. fa�ade: employees were exposed to electric hazards while utilizing lumber to frame the exterior walls of a multi-story residential building approximately 7 feet from a 13KV/26KV/69KV primary lines, The employees installed headers and finished the framing working from each deck on or about February 15 through March 10 of 2022. b) Exterior - Left facade perpendicular to Marshall St. fa�ade: employees were exposed to electric hazards while installing exterior sheathing utilizing an articulated boom lift on a multi-story residential building approximately 7 feet from a 13KV/26KV/69KV primary lines on or about February 15 through March 10 of 2022. c) Exterior - Right facade perpendicular to Marshall St. fa�ade: employees were exposed to electric hazards while installing exterior sheathing utilizing an articulated boom lift on a multi-story residential building approximately 7 feet from a 13KV/26KV/69KV primary lines on or about February 15 through March 10 of 2022. d) Exterior - Marshall St. fa�ade: employees were exposed to electric hazards while utilizing lumber to frame the roof of the stairway of a multi-story residential building approximately 7 feet from a 69KV primary lines, on or about 3/10/22.
