29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a) On or about May 10, 2022, during work on a residential roof located at 6607 Dora Blvd, Independence, OH 44131, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the ground level were protected from the hazard of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects by means of a protective helmet.
