OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: struck by hazards caused by the movement of the well servicing rig when lifting assembly components. (a) Location - 75 Rachel Road, Newton, MA On or about 05/04/2022, several employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards while attempting to life and secure a 20 foot high by 24 wide 2x6 (framed fully sheathed wooden stud balloon wall by hand. During the lifting process, the group could not manage the weight of the wall, and it collapsed on the group striking several employees, injuring two employees under the wall causing injuries.
