29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. 5865 S. Perch Point, Floral City, Fl., observed on or about 05/07/2022, employees in the process of installing IntelliJack floor stabilization system consisting of galvanized steel jacks and beams were exposed to an electrocution hazard, in that, the employer did not train employees on the hazards associated with work near energized electric lines/circuits.
