Occurred on or about 05/05/22 The Zona Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587149, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/29/22, with respect to a workplace located at 384-391 Lackland Ave Piscataway, NJ 08854 Building 62.
