29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. On or about May 5, 2022, on the north side of the site, an employee was using a Husqvarna chop saw to cut a pipe without the use of eye or face protection.
