29 CFR 1910.22(a)(l): Place(s) of employment were not kept clean: (a) On or before May 3, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury in that soot was not effectively cleaned from equipment which was caused by a fire that occurred inside the facility in the dryer area. In addition, materials damaged by the fire were not removed. This condition exposed employees to the hazards of fire soot.
