29 CFR 1928.57(a)(7): The employer did protect employees from coming into contact with hazards created by moving farmstead equipment machinery parts as follows: a. On the roller power tracks in the hallway outside the Night Rooms and Day Rooms, in the Automated Building, at the Monticello facility, at 1948 West Capps Highway, Monticello, Florida: On or about April 26, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a finger laceration type injury hazard, in that the ingoing nip points of the powered rollers and table tracks were not guarded as employees worked at or near the roller power tracks.
