29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with residential roofing activities. This was most recently observed on or about April 6, 2022, at the jobsite located at 9408 Cleveland Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64132. The employer failed to ensure that employees who are performing residential roofing activities at the jobsite be adequately protected from falling off the roof of the structure. Employees are exposed to potentially fatal injuries that could result due to falling from the roof of the structure.
