29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) On April 19, 2022 and times prior the employer did not provide traffic control signs or other protective devices for employees in a three way intersection while they were adjusting underground water service valves at various locations in and around the intersection, exposing them to the hazard of being struck by vehicles.
