OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from an elevated platform supported on the forks of a rough terrain forklift: a) Job Site - Employees were observed working from an elevated platform supported on the forks of a JLG/Gradall G6-42A Material Handler. The platform width was greater than the width of the truck (measured across the load bearing tires, plus 10 inches on either side), on or about April 21, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
