29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: (a) At the Sheet Rock Lamination Machine line, located at 113 Milledgeville Road, Eatonton, GA: On or about April 20, 2022, employees performing warehouse operations, were exposed to slip hazards, in that the employer did not remove the glue leaking from the Glue Applicator onto the walking and working surface.
