29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire and entrapment hazards as demonstrated on or about April 19, 2022, in the back stockroom, where employees move, work and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that egress routes are kept clear of merchandise, boxes of product, and U-boats.
