29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i):Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors. a) Back Spraying Building: On or about 4/20/2022 and thereafter, 55-gallon drums of products, including but not limited to Orca Composites Resin Solution, a Category 3 Flammable, were not grounded while in use for spray coating operations. b) Back Spraying Building: On or about 4/20/2022 and thereafter, spraying coating equipment and hoses were not grounded while in use for spray coating operations using products including, but not limited to Orca Composites Resin Solution, a Category 3 Flammable. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
