29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. 1200 County Rd 523, Flemington, NJ - Warehouse - Receiving dock The employer did not ensure exit routes were kept unobstructed. Employees engaged in the warehousing of retail products placed large metal carts at the exit in a manner that blocked the egress route. Violation observed on or about April 20, 2022
