29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer shall certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection. (a) Hanwha Q Cells USA, Inc. : On or about 4/18/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to physical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the periodic inspections have been performed to ensure lock out and tag out procedures are updated and followed by maintenance personnel.
