29 CFR 1926.950(b)(7): The employer did not ensure that each employee had demonstrated proficiency in the work practices involved before that employee was considered as having completed the training required by paragraph (b) of this section. Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employee demonstrated the proficiency needed to accomplish the task of identifying whether the line was energized or de energized. On or about April 18, 2022, an employee sustained serious burns to the face and internal burns after cutting into an energized high voltage circuit cable.
