29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: a) At the residential jobsite, located at 2912 East Atlantic Ave., Savannah, GA 31405, on or about April 18, 2022, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that employees were not instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the elimination of hazards while working in a confined space.
