29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: (a) Temple University Hospital - Episcopal Campus located at 100 E. Lehigh Avenue Philadelphia, PA: On or about April 13, 2022 and thereafter, employees required to wear filtering facepiece respirators were not annually fit tested. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators such as but not limited to 3M 1860 (TC-84A-0006) to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
