29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: (a)Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Jefferson Hospital for Neurosciences located at 900 Walnut St. Philadelphia, PA, 6th and 7th south units: On or about April 7, 2022 and thereafter, employees required to wear filtering facepiece respirators were not annually fit tested. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators such as but not limited to 3M Aura 1870 (TC-84A-5726) to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
