29 CFR 1910.410(a)(3):All dive team members were not trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid (American Red Cross standard course or equivalent) (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.1076): On or about April 4, 2022, and at times prior to, at 6985 NW 18 St, Margate Florida 33063 (Stranahan River), employees were exposed to drowning hazards because the employer did not provide or ensure that all dive team members, who were performing underwater dredging, were trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid.
