29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a)At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 4/04/2022: An employee was standing between the parapet and a guardrail placed on the roof, directing the crane, without fall protection. The roof was estimated to be in excess of 40' above the ground.
