29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about 04/02/2022, at the jobsite located at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue, located at 3200 North Military Trail #3100 in West Palm Beach, Florida, the employer did not instruct employees on safe electrical procedures for rendering electrical circuits inoperative, and how to identify and isolate emergency lighting, exposing employees to electrical shock and electrocution.
