29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Location: The Ground Floor Back Stock Room On or about March 30th , 2022, employees were exposed to burns and smoke inhalation hazards related to delayed emergency evacuation of the building while working where the exit access was reduced to less than 28 inches due to pallets being stored adjacent to the conveyor belt
